Forsyth Central Men's Roller-Hockey team reached the State 2A finals Sunday in Snellville. The Bulldogs advanced through the State tournament to meet the Brookwood Gold team in the State Championship game.

The Central Bulldogs team fought hard to a 2-2 tie through 3 periods of regulation play.

The first sudden-death overtime produced a hard-fought defensive battle that kept the score 2-2.

Only, in the second sudden-death overtime, an emotional battle with frequent line changes and exciting, aggressive play from both teams, did the Brookwood team finally score the winning shot.

Quite an impressive showing for a Sophomore-heavy team that is graduating only one senior, it's captain, Paul Gifford.
