Fair weather fans, its time to get excited about college baseball! For the 11th time in school history, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are the number 1 team in the nation. With today's ACC win over Virginia, the Jackets have just improved to 16-0, and have the longest active winning streak in the nation.

The Jackets have been atop the USA Today/ESPN coaches' poll since Feb. 27, and moved to the top spot in both the Baseball America and Collegiate Baseball polls on Mar. 6.

The Yellow Jackets are ranked No. 1 for the fifth time since 2000.
