School may be back in session but your pool is still open. The Dawson County Recreation Department is pleased to announce new and improved pool hours for your daily use and convenience.

“Your pool is now open daily (Monday-Friday) from 3 pm to 6 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon to 5 pm,” said Parks & Recreation Director Lisa Henson. “Lifeguards Kali Gerrells, Taylor Tolbert and Jacob Barr will be on duty through Labor Day allowing for these new expanded hours,” she said.

“As you all know August and September are typically our hottest months and what better way to end your day than a dip in the pool,” said Henson.

Season passes are good through Labor Day and regular afternoon admission is $1.
