The Forsyth Level 4 Junior Championship will take place Friday, May 13, through Sunday, May 15, at the Central Park Tennis Courts, 2300 Keith Bridge Road in Cumming. Draw sizes may possibly require Friday evening play as well, after 5 p.m.

Entry forms are due at Central Park on Tuesday, May 10, by 5 p.m. On-line and faxed entries are due on the same day at noon.
