The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division, will stock the Delayed Harvest Section of the Amicalola River at GA Highway 53 on Tuesday, December 19 at 10:30 a.m.

Volunteers are welcome to come and help stock trout in this beautiful river. Helpers need to bring weather appropriate clothing, a five-gallon bucket, a strong back and a completed Volunteer Waiver. Waivers will be available at streamside.

Directions to DH Stocking Location:

Amicalola is west of Dawsonville, Georgia, where the Amicalola River Crosses GA Hwy. 53. There is a driveway and parking on the east side. Please park at the upper area closest to GA Hwy 53.
