Last year I made comments on www.aboutforsyth.com to the effect that, Cumming attorney Rafe Banks and Atlanta attorney John Nuckolls possibly delivered drug dealer bribes to now deceased Forsyth County Superior Court Judge Stan Gault. I based those comments partially on videotape that I received by an anonymous source and troubling court documents that I found in the Forsyth County courthouse. The VCR tape that was left on my doorstep was later discovered to be an interview with a woman who was in trouble on drug charges.

I found out that a Forsyth County Sheriff's Investigator made the tape inside the jail facilities. The woman claimed that an acquaintance had relayed to her that he had gotten attorney Rafe Banks to pay off a Federal Judge in Florida in his behalf and that attorney John Nuckolls was also making arrangements to pay off Judge Gault. She also claimed that Georgia Probation Officer Chris Cleveland was also taking drug dealer bribes at that time.

I found out that the GBI had been duly alerted to these alleged bribes at the time the tape was made and who was allegedly receiving them. That was over two years prior to our Committee's release of the taped information. We deliberately let it be known in this community that our Citizen's Oversight Committee had possession of such a tape. Within weeks of the intentional leak, the GBI arrested Georgia Probation Officer Cleveland. We knew then, that Gault had to be involved because the GBI would not have arrested Cleveland if not for protecting Gault's involvement. Cleveland was tried and found guilty. He has recently been released from jail on that bribery conviction. Judge Gault died shortly thereafter of a reported heart attack.

I take great pride in only telling the truth as I see it. Some scuttlebutt around this county says that Rafe Banks will never take his lawsuit against me to full fruition but I hope that he does. Some say his only goal is to cause me financial harm by bleeding me in court proceedings. I have asked for court summons to allow us to see the records where Rafe Banks and John Nuckolls have defended this particular client that supposedly says that these two possibly paid off judges here in Forsyth County and in Florida.

I have searched through hundreds of records in the public file and what I found will soundly disturb you all. The client, who bragged so profusely that he had judges in his pocket, is supposed to be serving over forty years in prison but has only served months of his time. I ask for all county residents to pray that this case will fully reveal who is untrustworthy and who is not.
