F. Wayne Elledge, 66, of Dawsonville died Saturday July 19, 2008 at Northside Forsyth Hospital following a sudden illness.

Mr. Elledge was born in Arizona and lived a number of years in Sonoma County, California before moving to Dawson County in 2002. He was a Building Official for Dawson County. While in California he was a self employed building contractor.

Surviving are his wife, Pamela Elledge, Dawsonville; children, Tammy Elledge, Marietta, Todd Elledge, California, Traci Elledge, California; brother, Benjamin Elledge, Virginia; sister, Peggy Hutton, Soledad, California, six grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday July 23, 2008 at 2 o’clock at Bearden Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Don Allen will officiate.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11 a.m. Wednesday morning.
