The Dawson County Democrats will meet at Champions’ Cafe, 415 Hwy. 53 E. in Dawsonville, on Thursday, September 25th at 6:00 p.m. The first annual Betty T. Turner award will be presented at this time. This award, given in honor of Betty T. Turner who was the former chairperson of the Dawson County Democratic Committee and a revered citizen of Dawson County, will be given annually for outstanding service to the Democratic Party.
