11 Alive News is reporting that the body of missing hiker Meredith Emerson has been found in Dawson County.  A news conference is planned for 10 pm tonight.

This weekend, Meredeth Emerson's clothing was discovered in a dumpster at a Quicktrip in Cumming, stained with blood, along with part of a seat belt from a white van owned by Gary Hilton. Hilton apparently made a phone call from the public phone at Quicktrip about 4:30 pm on Friday.
