Rain Bands From The Remnants Of Cindy Should Begin Affecting North Georgia By This Afternoon. Rainfall Amounts Of Four Inches Or More Can Be Expected With This Storm. With The Ground Already Wet From Previous Rain... Any Significant Additional Amounts Can Cause Flooding.
