Local design professional and business owner, Allison Havill Todd of INTERIORS by Decorating Den was recently honored with two regional awards for 2007 performance. Her strong retail sales earned the “Second Place Retail Sales Leader in 2007” award in the Georgia and Alabama Region. In addition, she was named “Franchise Owner of the Year” for her outstanding achievements in business development.
Over her ten years in business, Todd has consistently received honors and recognition for design work and business acumen. Every year of the past decade, her room designs have won design awards at The INTERIORS by Decorating Den international interior decorating competition.
In addition to the new awards, Todd is excited about recently purchasing new office space to accommodate her business’s growth.
“2007 brought tremendous positive change to our business. Forsyth County’s development and the corresponding increase in our client base gave us the reason to purchase new office space,” said Todd. “We are looking forward to our move in February and the ability to work on an increasing number of projects with an expanded staff.”
Todd’s makeovers have been featured in national publications such as Better Homes and Gardens, Window Fashions and Decorating Solutions as well as locally in Atlanta Magazine and the Forsyth County News. In addition, her work recently appeared in two hardcover decorating books, Dream Windows and Creative Guest Rooms.
