CEO Rashid Choufani and President Charly Robinson of Orlando-based E Brands Restaurants are teaming up with Cousins Properties Inc. again to expand their portfolio of restaurants with the opening of Timpano Chophouse & Martini Bar, in Cumming in winter 2008.

Timpano Chophouse & Martini Bar will open in The Avenue Forsyth, the new 550,000 square foot mixed-use development and open-air shopping and dining destination owned and managed by Cousins Properties Inc.  Timpano Chophouse is set to follow in the foot steps of E Brands’ first Atlanta restaurant Aquaknox, which opened in November 2007, in the Terminus Building in Buckhead.

Aquaknox has made an impression in Atlanta since opening less than a year ago. Atlanta’s Finest Dining magazine stated, “So the consensus is in; Aquaknox, the newest, hippest seafood spot in Atlanta is a winner.” Peach magazine also described the restaurant as “A taste of Las Vegas in the heart of Buckhead.”  E Brands restaurants and Cousins Properties are building upon the success of Aquaknox with the opening of Timpano Chophouse & Martini Bar. This will be the seventh Timpano location.
