What could be better for Mother's Day than a bottle of superior quality white wine? We have a Pinot Grigio which I think is one of the very best available in the Atlanta area. It is clean and crisp with that wonderful fragrance which we look for in a quality Pinot Grigio. The finish is smooth and dry without too much acidity, but in perfect balance with the outstanding flavor of the wine.

The finish is very clean and smooth with the true Pinot Grigio characteristic of lingering apricots and tropical fruits. The finish in any good Pinot Grigio always reminds me of golden apples, apricots and a hint of citrus.
This is definitely a dinner wine, which would pair well with most shellfish dishes, especially Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. We have this wine on special for Mother's Day.
