Starting this month, the Cherokee County Animal Shelter will hold a fundraiser/adoption event on the ‘Last Sunday’ of the month. Similar events will be held every 'Last Sunday,' with unique vendors, guest appearances, food, prizes and more. This months event takes place on Sunday, August 28, 1-4 p.m.

The Cherokee County Animal Shelter plans to make each event exciting and asks everyone to mark their calendars and come out to show support.
