Please present this invitation (you may print this article) to your server prior to service.  One invitation per guest check required. Listed organization will receive a company check by mail within 2-3 weeks of event date for 15% of food and beverage sales generated from invitation holders on above said date only.  Excludes tax and gratuity.  Under no circumstances is the invitation allowed to be distributed to guests in or around business premises during Fishing for Funds date. If such an event occurs, none of the sales proceeds will be donated to the organization.
