The Dawson County Humane Society would like to cordially invite you to participate in Dining To Donate, a fundraising event sponsored by Applebees, to be held on September 12, 2006 from 5pm-8pm located at 1705 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30501.

This event will help to provide funds for the building fund and with your dining contribution, together we can help reach our goals! Please contact Kim Cornell at 706-265-9600 to confirm your attendance no later than September 5, 2006. On behalf of the Dawson County Humane Society and , we would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for helping us to support our community.

Please present this invitation to your server prior to service. One invitation per guest check required. Listed organization will receive a company check by mail within 1-2 weeks of event date for 15% of food and beverage sales generated from invitation holders on above said date only. Excludes tax and gratuity. Under no circumstances is the invitation allowed to be distributed to guests in or around business premises during Dining To Donate date. If such an event occurs, none of the sales proceeds will be donated to the organization.
