In October, the New Life Church of God in Dawsonville, Georgia will celebrate 60 years.  Senior Pastor Mike Owens has been minister to the 406 member congregation for 13 of these years.  The Northeast Georgia church offers something for everyone including men’s, women’s, youth and children’s groups. 

Worshippers at the New Life Church of God believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible; in one God eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost; and that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary.   Holiness is to be God's standard of living for His people.

Services are held Sunday 8:30am Prayer, 10:30am Worship, and Wednesday 7:00pm.

Additionally on Wednesdays at 7 pm, New Life invites youth to “Not Forsaken.”  This gathering takes a look at how today’s youth copes with the stress and pressures of school, friends, and parents and how everyone can make a difference.
