The Dawson County Extension will host a clinic to certify scales. Scales that can measure weights up to 30 pounds will be certified by personnel of the Georgia Department of Agriculture. The event takes place from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at the Extension Office. The weight certification is free.
