On Saturday, June 9, Cedar Hill Enrichment Center will present Connecting With the Divine Through Yoga & Meditation from 9:00am till 4:00 pm.

This retreat will place a strong emphasis on the spiritual aspect of the Kripalu yoga discipline and on color meditation (cleansing and clearing the etheric field). This day will include yoga, meditation and breathwork. As Mamie Dixon, the facilitator, states, “It is the coming together, the union, of mind, body and spirit that interest me most about the practice of yoga. It’s the spiritual connection, the fabulous flow, which is the result of quieting our minds, connecting to our physical being that absolutely drives me to share the great joy of yoga with others.”

About the Facilitator: Mamie Dixon (R.Y.T.) is a graduate of the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She has studied in Canada, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. Mamie currently has a personal practice at the Greenville Yoga Center in Greenville, NC

Cost is $75 and includes lunch.
