A 'Breath of Life' workshop will be held on July 14, 2007, 10:00 a.m. - 12:30p.m. at Cedar Hill Enrichment Center, in Forsyth County. The Breath of Life process begins with a shamanic breathwork journey through the lower chakras, then merging into a guided meditation that will take you to the outer reaches of inner space.
Throughout the session, participants will be utilizing a deeper, fuller method of breathing than most are accustomed to, combined with music to assist in reaching a heightened state of awareness. This type of breathing promotes emotional release and fosters feelings of self-love, gratitude and increased clarity. When you allow your feelings to be fully felt, you create a place for deep healing and experiencing your true nature. Many people who have been practicing conventional methods of meditation for years have stated that they reached a deeper meditative state during this process.
Monthly classes are planned, though each will stand alone. The August session of 'Breath of Life' is scheduled for August 11, 2007.
