The folks at Abba House are rearranging their Abba House Thrift Store on Saturday, January 5, 2008, 9 a.m. till 4 p.m. and are seeking creative and hard-working volunteers.  Lunch will be provided and any amount of time you can give would be most appreciated by those at Abba House.

Abba House is a twelve-month residential ministry for women with addiction and/or mental health issues such as depres­sion, eating disorders, sexual abuse or domestic violence. Abba House is not only a safe place where women from Dawson, Forsyth and other surrounding areas can come to receive healing themselves, but also their children can come as well.  Abba House has a 77.7 percent success rate among graduates, who move on to raise their children, hold jobs and continue to be drug free.
