Saxby Chambliss Declared the Winner in Georgia

Incumbent U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss has been declared the winner in the U.S. Senate Runoff. As of this writing Saxby led challenger Jim Martin in statewide totals by a margin of 59-41.
