As the September 11th Anniversary approaches and Dawson County proclaims Firefighters Appreciation Month, the Dawson County Republican Party will feature Billy Thurmond as special speaking guest.  Billy Thurmond is the Emergency Services Director for Dawson County and will provide meeting attendees an update on his agency and its responsibilities.  

Additionally, there will be an update on the re-election campaign of Senator Saxby Chambliss.

The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 19 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bowen Arts Center in Dawsonville, and all are welcome to attend.
