A dilemma faced executive Caleb Cabot. Grieving the loss of his son and a divorce, his grandmother tells him to determine when he was his happiest and start again. Caleb travels the country and meets a variety of people from all walks of life.
He settles in Montana where Jack Tate is losing his land. Jack's daughter Maddy left college and her study of the theater to help. At twelve, Maddy lost her mother to cancer but now is losing her best friend also.
Fallen Rock is an unchanged country town. Caleb builds a cabin on Abrams Creek and falls in love with Maddy before she returns to her work in the arts. Maddy becomes ill and realizes her dreams remained with Caleb. She returns only to find Caleb, hurt in an accident and in a coma.
Caleb found what he was searching for, but was it too late?...

I read this book written by Bob Ivey, a friend and co-worker. What happened? It's a good story with a lot of interesting life lessons shared and/or learned.
The book sucks, must be a bummer to pay to publish your book yet be to afraid to use your own name as the author.
