CertaPro Painters of North Georgia continues to see growth as they strive to beautify North Georgia…one house at a time. To this end, two new positions were added to the staff ensuring that the many important customer related tasks and responsibilities are seamlessly maintained while enhancing the quality and warranty response. Charlie Wolfe is the new Residential Sales Consultant and Rylee Sisk is the new Production Manager.
Painting contractors have historically earned the reputation of being unreliable and unprofessional in the home improvement/services industry. CertaPro Painters has always sought to break that perception. The CertaPro Painter’s experience begins with the estimating process. Charlie Wolfe will be working with homeowners to see they receive a professional estimate and color consultation. He comes to CertaPro Painters from Comcast Corporation with years of experience in sales and customer service. General Manager of CertaPro Painters of North Georgia - Philip Guhl said, “We are excited about having Charlie on-board. His knowledge gives him the insight and skills to provide customers the service and the professionalism they deserve.”
Once the homeowner gives CertaPro Painters the permission to proceed, Rylee Sisk will work with them to schedule the project. He was formerly a Job Site Supervisor for CertaPro Painters. Before this, he operated his own painting company for several years around Lake Lanier. “Homeowners have always enjoyed working with Rylee simply because he is focused on them. He truly understands their needs and I am encouraged by his commitment to quality and customer service,” said Guhl. Rylee Sisk is also responsible for seeing that warranty issues are responded to promptly and resolved completely.
CertaPro Painters of North Georgia is growing by focusing on the customer’s experience. Guhl said, “We are not just a painting contractor; we are a painting service provider.
