Christmas festivities are just beginning, but for Cornerstone Christian Church, Christmas isn’t the only time of year for a celebration of faith. In addition to Christmas outreach programs and special celebrations, Cornerstone also provides year-long ministry programs for the continuous spiritual growth of their congregation.
Cornerstone Christian Church offers a variety of ministry programs for all ages from newborns to seniors. Women can enjoy each other’s fellowship as they work together to spread the gospel as members of the Roaming Stones Ladies’ Ministry. Children can enjoy the activities designed to help them develop and grow in their faith. Cornerstone also offers a variety of other programs that offer the opportunity to develop your own faith while ministering to the community.
This Christmas, Cornerstone Christian Church invites all to join them in special celebrations throughout the month of December. The festivities start on Sunday, December 9, with the presentation of the Dawson County High School Chamber Singers, featuring Conductor Spencer Wright. On December 23, the "Jesus Freaks" children’s choir presents a Christmas musical.
In addition to the celebrations this Christmas, Cornerstone also offers an Angel Tree Outreach program for families of incarcerated people. Starting November 25, interested parties can select a name from the Angel Tree and give that person a special Christmas gift.
On December 16, Cornerstone will host a Christmas party for the loved ones of those incarcerated. All are encouraged to reach out this Christmas and make someone’s life a little brighter through Cornerstone’s Angel Tree Outreach program. For more information, please contact Cornerstone Christian Church at 706-265-4933.
