Lumpkin and Dawson County Libraries will host a large number of children during June and July, and we are looking for volunteers to help us. Specifically, we are seeking teenaged junior volunteers, 12 to 15 years old, for summer volunteering.

Applications must be submitted to either library by May 11. Interviews will be scheduled for the week of May 16 and volunteer training scheduled the week of May 21.

Volunteers will receive a “Lost in Time” Volunteer t-shirt; proof of their experience for future job hunting and college applications; and, best of all, a satisfying and fun adventure.
