Elaine Thomas, a local REALTOR® who has been helping buyers and sellers in Forsyth and Dawson counties for the last 25 years, has joined Prudential Georgia Realty as Director of Office Development in its Dawsonville office. The Dawsonville office has been open for a year, currently has nearly 30 agents and was voted “Best Real Estate Company” in a recent Dawson News & Advertiser public poll. It is located just off the 400 North corridor on Nordson Overlook, north of the North Georgia Premium Outlets mall.

Thomas is trained in all aspects of the real estate business holding several designations from the National Association of Realtors, including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a Lake Lanier certification from the Corps of Engineers. She takes an active role in the community, belonging to the newly formed North Forsyth Rotary Club, the Board of Directors for North Central Georgia Habitat for Humanity, and is acting Secretary for Grace Baptist Church in Cumming. As a Realtor, Thomas has served on the 400 North Board of Realtors in several positions including president and is currently first vice president.
