Realtor Scott Chapman Makes Switch to Prudential

Prudential Georgia Realty is pleased to welcome Realtor Scott Chapman to its sales team. He is based out of the company’s new Dawsonville office at 23 Nordson Overlook.

Scott makes the switch to Prudential from Crye-Leike Realtors. A Georgia native from Cumming, he still resides there and is a graduate of North Forsyth High School and Lanier Technical College. Scott specializes in land and residential real estate in North Forsyth, Dawson and Lumpkin counties. Professionally, he is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to entering real estate, Scott had experience as a business owner and in new home construction.
