Prudential Georgia Realty Expands into Dawson County with 23rd Metro Atlanta Office

Prudential Georgia Realty, which was recently named the 11th largest Prudential real estate affiliate in the nation, has opened its 23rd branch office in Dawsonville. The 8,300 square foot office is located at 23 Nordson Overlook in Dawsonville, just north of the outlet mall on Georgia 400. The new Prudential branch will have room for more than 60 real estate agents and, like all of its offices, has state-of-the-art technology to assist its agent team.
Robert Aiken, who oversees both the Prudential Georgia Realty 400 North/Lake Lanier office in Cumming and the Dahlonega office, is the managing broker of record. He is actively interviewing full-time real estate professionals to round out the Dawsonville sales team.
“The time is right for us to increase our presence in Dawson County as it’s one of the fastest growing counties in the nation,” said Robert Aiken. “We offer more marketing for our listings and I believe the area is primed for a quality real estate company that can provide big city services with hometown agents.”
Aiken explained that managing brokers with Prudential Georgia Realty also do not list and sell property like many real estate companies in the area. The broker is there to lead and oversee the office and help his agent team in any way possible. The no-selling policy eliminates competition within an office with one’s managing broker.
The new Dawsonville office is open and an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting celebration date will be announced in the near future.
