To be eligible, you:

  • Must have a need for housing.
  • Must have ability to pay monthly house payments.
  • Must have lived or worked in Forsyth or Dawson County 1 year before applying
  • Must be willing to partner with Habitat to work 300 hours.
  • Must be a legal resident of the United States.
