To be eligible, you:
- Must have a need for housing.
- Must have ability to pay monthly house payments.
- Must have lived or worked in Forsyth or Dawson County 1 year before applying
- Must be willing to partner with Habitat to work 300 hours.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
