Haven Pays HOA Fees for Featured Home of the Month at Chestatee

The buyer of Haven’s Featured Home of the Month in Haven Ridge at Chestatee will move into an award winning Raleigh home with five bedrooms, four baths and a large backyard waiting for play and gardening. And if the buyer writes a contract on the featured home by October 31, 2006, Haven will pay the Homeowners Association initiation and first year’s fees. The basement home is selling for $439,900.
