Dawson Fee LLC of Melville, New York, purchased the 268-unit Dawson County apartment complex from Dawson 400 Associates LP for $22.25 million, or approximately $83,000 per unit.

Located at 100 Green Forest Drive in Dawsonville, Dawson Forest Apartments is a 268-unit complex comprised of 84 one-bed/one-bath units, 144 two-bed/two-bath units and 40 three-bed/two-bath units.

Kevin Geiger of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. The buyer had in-house representation.
