Crystal Falls, an 1,800-acre lake and golf community in northeastern Cherokee and southwestern Dawson counties, is having a developer’s fall incentives home site sale for one weekend only this weekend.
Marketed by the Prudential Georgia Realty Cherokee office, the new, upscale neighborhood will include home sites of one to five acres, an 18-hole championship golf course, a 411-acre lake, marina, Junior Olympic-size swimming pool, eight lighted tennis courts, country club, pavilion, walking trails and gated entry with 24-hour guard.
From Nov. 17-19th, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, buyers can save up to $49,500 on lake front home sites, up to $74,250 on golf and creek sites and nearly $34,000 on interior home sites. In addition, purchasers will have the $5,000 golf initiation fee waived as well as the fist year’s golf membership dues. While visiting the upscale community, be sure to check out the newly opened golf course and the four spec homes under construction, priced from $749,000 to $2.5 million.
